Spine system
Sedar outsources a proprietary cloud-based ERP platform called Spine which offers a user friendly live dashboard where the franchisee will be able to sell, procure, manufacture, monitor, and make decisions from one simple dashboard.
All field employees will carry mobile devices connected to the cloud to perform all their duties.
Operational support
Sedar International will provide ongoing training and support in many areas critical to the success of the franchise's business, including unit operations and maintenance, customer- service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Prior to approving a site for a Sedar outlet, Sedar International will provide franchisees
with clear guidelines for a suitable location and best practices to ensure that an appropriate location of a branch is selected.
Marketing Support
Sedar International coordinates development of advertising materials and strategies for the benefit of all members of the franchise network. Supplying franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level.
Purchasing
Sedar International and its affiliates assist in sourcing the best quality fabrics to its franchisees, offering quantity discounts on behalf of all its members, passing some or all of these savings to the franchisees.
